Customer Service Sales Administrator

Location: Poole Head Office

The Customer Service Sales Administrator provides a sound administration back up to the Account Managers. To build and maintain both excellent relationships, both internally and externally.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • To process orders from start to finish when required.
  • General office administration
  • Liaising and working with Account Managers.
  • Liaising and working with Planning/Production & Logistics in relation to deliveries and lead-times.
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their enquiries
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, producing various reports where needed.

Key Skills:

  • Sage 200 experience preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, internally and externally.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
