Customer Service Sales Administrator
Location: Poole Head Office
The Customer Service Sales Administrator provides a sound administration back up to the Account Managers. To build and maintain both excellent relationships, both internally and externally.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- To process orders from start to finish when required.
- General office administration
- Liaising and working with Account Managers.
- Liaising and working with Planning/Production & Logistics in relation to deliveries and lead-times.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their enquiries
- Understand customer needs and requirements, producing various reports where needed.
- Sage 200 experience preferable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, internally and externally.
- Strong listening skills.
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
